Waterfront retreat w/ terrace & sea views

Positive: Le magnifique paysage (la plage est juste en bas de l’appartement) avec une vue superbe sur la mer Il y avait une chaise haute (très pratique pour un enfant en bas âge) ce qui est rare dans les appartements qu’on loue Un lave linge La rapidité des réponses du propriétaire Un ascenseur est présent La proximité des commerces Negative: L’odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain Nous devions ouvrir l’eau de la douche à moyen débit car les canalisations sont en parties bouchées La fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas correctement dans le salon Le propriétaire nous a montré une vidéo pour nous montrer le chemin d’accès alors qu’il y a un autre chemin beaucoup plus rapide côté ascenseur. Le matelas du lit bébé fourni est à revoir

Todo bien de ubicación y comodidad. Limpieza mala Positive: Estaba al lado de la playa. Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de Puerto Banús y de Estepona centro. Zona muy tranquila Negative: La limpieza deja mucho que desear, entramos a las 4 supuestamente por limpieza y no estaba para nada limpio. El congelador tenía mucha escarcha y no se podía meter ni los hielos. Hacía falta una tarjeta para poder salir a la playa que no te proporcionan.

Très très bon sejour… superbe ! Positive: Très bel appartement, emplacement exceptionnel face a la mer, et accès direct à la plage. Séjour pour 3 personnes, juste magnifique.

Disappointing Positive: Decent location Negative: When we arrived we noticed things were broken which was reported straight away within minutes of checking in. There’s was also bits of dust and hair which suggested it had not been cleaned properly.The property stated towels provided, kitchen does not contain an oven which we did not realise and had to throw out some food purchased. Property also stated that there was a closet/wardrobe. However, this was not the case. The only closet had clutter in there which meant we could not unpack and had to live out of our suit cases. There’s no where to put your suitcases either so they had to be in the living area along with our clothes. When we had a shower, we received a message from the property asking us to not put the shower on full power due to the drain they have. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and creeped out. The drain in the shower is not appropriate so you have to have quick showers otherwise it overflows quickly, therefore we were having to turn the shower on and off while trying to wash our hair. We weren’t informed where to dispose of the bin. We were charged from our deposit for using towels which states that towels are provided. When challenged we were told that we had used the hosts “personal towels from personal closet”. We informed we were not aware of this as there is only one closet and one set of towels which we presumed would be for use as it clearly stated it’s provided. They are refusing to give the deposit that they have taken. Really disappointing and rude service. Wouldn’t use again and had we had know of the drainage issues we wouldn’t of booked

Nice modern, clean apartment right on the sea front. Positive: It was as described, compact, modern and clean Negative: I’ve never had such a late check in time , 4.00 with the check out time of 10.00 both different than most other accommodation I’ve stayed in around the world (and a fee of €30 if I wanted to get earlier access!!). There was also contracting work going on next door when we arrived which may as well have been going on in our apartment given how loud it was. However this was a temporary inconvenience.
