Sunny apartment w/ sea views & pool

Positive: Appartamento ampio, posto auto direttamente al piano -1 e con ascensore. Piscina perfetta per rilassarsi. Negative: Purtroppo sulle pulizie peccano un po, abbiamo trovato un po di disordine e sporco.

Sin persianas. Recogida de llaves en Puerto Banús. Te hablan en inglés. Positive: Apartamento amplio. Salón y terraza muy espaciosos. La zona de la piscina y jardines, muy bonitas. Negative: El edificio es bastante viejo o está descuidado. El ascensor daba hasta miedo usarlo Mosquiteras rotas Gotera en la habitación En la Costa del SOL la ventana de la habitación no tenía persiana. Pese a poner la cortina, estando de vacaciones, te han despertarte a las 7 de la mañana. Te hacen ir a recoger las llaves a Puerto Banús. En la ida nos tuvimos que comer 30 minutos de atasco cuando no tendríamos que haber pasado por allí. Es vergonzoso que siendo nosotros españoles y estando en España la comunicación sea en inglés. En 2026 es fácil contestar en otro idioma de manera automática, que no lo hagan me parece una actitud maleducada, altiva y hasta colonialista.

Pleasant stay in this spacious, well equipped apartment with sea and mountain views from the terraces. Positive: Spacious apartment with lovely views from both balconies. Well equipped kitchen and utility room, although there isn’t much counter space if you intended to cook for four people. It’s on the top floor but a lift takes you directly to the door from the garage. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The Swimming Pool is fabulous. The location just off the A7 makes it easy to get out and about by car, which you definitely need if you are staying here. Negative: Having to pick up and then return the keys to a lockbox in a petrol station in Puerto Banus is not good! Traffic in that area is always congested and driving there is stressful. Unfortunately for me the previous guests did not put the keys back in the lockbox and I had to wait two hours to be able to get into the apartment. Ultimate rentals dealt with it as swiftly as they could but I also had to wait two days to be able to access the Pool because that key was also missing. I realise this was extenuating circumstances, but it didn’t make for a great start to my holiday.
