Garden view retreat w/ pool & outdoor dining

Positive: La ubicación para conocer toda la zona si es verdad q se necesita coche pero está todo relativamente cerca Negative: La vecina o vecino de abajo q se dedico a dejar una nota pese a no hacer ruidos y eso q había niños de 5 y 10 años y es entendible q puedan andar por casa y lo q me gustó el alojamiento estaba limpio y así lo dejamos limpio también el comentario q veo negativo en las reseñas creo que se pasa no es sucia la taza es desgaste de uso los cristales estaban rajados pero estaban pendientes de arreglar en septiembre y ante eso no pueden hacer nada la terraza con vistas al mar me encantaba el q tenga dos baños es ideal y por cierto gracias por el detalle a nuestra llegada.

Verschrikkelijk vies en slecht onderhouden Positive: De locatie was mooi en het uitzicht. Negative: Bijna alles! Het was zo ontzettend vies de toiletten waren zo vies haren er op vieze natte vlekken. Ook op de grond in de badkamer was duidelijk geknoeid. Het bed was half opgemaakt de kussens op de foto daar zat dus geen hoes omheen. In het bed lagen nog haren. De ramen van de woonkamer waren gebarst. In de schuifdeur van de slaapkamer daar zaten ook grote scheuren in het glas. Wij zijn direct vertrokken en hebben een hotel moeten nemen in de avond laat. Wij hebben hier ook geen vergoeding voor ontvangen. Echt slechte service.

We are happy to leave a positive review and would definitely recommend this place to others. Positive: We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and the whole complex. The apartment offers very good conditions, and the balcony view and swimming pool are truly impressive. Negative: There are a few minor issues that need some repairs, but they did not affect our stay or the quality of our holiday in any way. With the necessary repairs taken care of, it could be an even better experience for future guests.

Disappointed by the issues and lack of communication. Positive: The view Negative: ** if I could add more pictures of all the issues and videos I would.** Unfortunately, our stay fell well below the standard we expected, and while there were several issues with the apartment itself, the biggest disappointment was the lack of urgency and follow-through from the host when we reported them. We contacted the host on Saturday, shortly after checking in, to explain that the WiFi was not working, the apartment had not been cleaned properly (including dirty floors and stains on the toilet seat and sofa), and one of the toilet seats was completely loose to the point that you would slide off if you sat on it. There were also ants coming into the lounge area from the balcony, and two of the balcony doors were smashed and had sharp areas. We specifically explained that this was a safety concern as we had a child with us. We asked for the ants to be dealt with, the WiFi to be fixed, and the damaged balcony doors to at least be taped or made safe. We were initially told that someone would be in contact on Sunday to resolve the issues. We were then told that nobody could attend until Monday because there were no maintenance staff working over the weekend and the office was closed. On Sunday, the host offered to send someone to clean the apartment, which we accepted, but nobody ever came and the offer was not followed through. By Monday, someone finally arrived late in the afternoon, but only to inspect/check the reported issues rather than actually resolve them. By this point, we were almost at the end of our stay, so very little could be done. We ended up buying our own ant powder to try to stop the ants coming into the living area from the balcony, while having to make sure our child stayed away from it. The WiFi was particularly frustrating because we had explained that I needed it for work. Despite this, we were left having to go out to cafes and spend additional money simply to get an internet connection. The communication throughout was very...
